Frank Densborn has been a migration expert at SAP since 2004 and is the author of numerous SAP PRESS titles in German and English. Today, he is an enterprise architect at SAP AppHaus in Palo Alto. He currently helps SAP S/4HANA customers drive their digital transformation using SAP Business Technology Platform in technical innovation projects. He was a product manager responsible for the SAP S/4HANA migration solution and migration to the cloud. Prior to that, he brought the Rapid Data Migration solutions to the SAP portfolio. He also worked for several years in software development for the Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), managing data migration projects for SAP customers. Frank Densborn studied mathematics, physics, and computer science at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. He has lived with his family in Silicon Valley for more than 10 years and is close to the innovation topics of our time.
Frank Finkbohner
Frank Finkbohner is product owner at SAP for the development of the predefined SAP S/4HANA cloud data migration content for the SAP S/4HANA migration cockpit. He has worked for SAP since 1999, including 13 years in SAP consulting, where he supported customers in numerous projects, such as data migration and the development and enhancement of ABAP applications. His focus was already then in the area of data migration. As a project manager of data migration projects, he developed his own method of structuring migration projects into work packages (SEAMAP) and also successfully applied it in his customer projects. In 2012, he moved to SAP development as a delivery manager for rapid deployment solutions. Since 2015, he has been responsible for the development of SAP S/4HANA Cloud data migration content as a product owner. He is also the author of several SAP PRESS books and E-Bites on data migration. Frank Finkbohner earned his diploma in computer science at the University of Applied Sciences in Fulda, Germany, and is also a graduate industrial engineer as a result of his studies at the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences. He lives in Saarland, in the heart of Europe, the place-to-be for the future of industrial development in Germany and Europe.
Martina Höft
Martina Höft works in product management for SAP S/4HANA in the area of data migration and data transformation with a focus on the SAP S/4HANA migration cockpit. She has been working at SAP since 2011 and held various positions in consulting and product management. Prior to that, she worked for many years as a senior consultant for various consulting firms in numerous national and international projects. Her focus was on SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). She is a trained office administrator and studied economics.
Boris Rubarth
Dr. Boris Rubarth has been working at SAP since 1999, today as product manager in the Software Logistic area. There, he is responsible for the Software Update Manager and, among other things, takes care of knowledge transfer to the SAP community and user groups. Previously, he worked for many years as a training consultant in the area of ABAP and interfaces; later, he led the product management team for SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP. He has created countless blogs and SAP training courses on SAP topics and is the author of several books. He regularly gives presentations on system conversion at national and international congresses and trade fairs. He studied physics at the universities of Hamburg and Hanover and earned his doctorate in Oldenburg.
Petra Klöß
Dr. Petra Klöß is an implementation expert for SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud. She is currently responsible for SAP Central Business Configuration software requirements and leads customer and partner projects on localizations in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Dr. Petra Klöß has worked at SAP since 2000 in various countries, areas, and positions. She has extensive experience in solution and value-added implementation of ERP software. She gives presentations and educational sessions on implementation methodologies inside and outside SAP in the US and Europe. She studied chemistry at the University of Mainz and received her PhD in physics from the University of Southampton, UK. She has lived in Minnesota since 2022.
Kim Mathäß
Kim Mathäß has worked at SAP since 2006, today as senior development manager in SAP S/4HANA Globalization. Previously, he led the product management for SAP S/4HANA Cross Topics, which is responsible for data management and migration for SAP S/4HANA, among other things. He was responsible for the further development of tools and solutions for the transition to SAP S/4HANA. He regularly gave presentations on transition scenarios and migration at national and international congresses and trade fairs. In his previous consulting role, Kim Mathäß worked as a senior consultant and business development manager on numerous projects for international corporations and European midsize companies. His experience ranges from new SAP implementations to subsequent adaptations of systems and system landscapes. These projects have included system consolidation, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and classic data transfers from SAP and non-SAP systems.
